also my external hard drive is 2TB but I read that shouldn't matter.

Using External Hard Drive on Cdj 2000 NXS 2 {Bulk Sync}
Hello,
Im currently trying to use sync manager to transfer over a playlist from my rekordbox that has at least 3,000 songs. While doing so it downloads all the way to 100% just to give me a error. I check to see what exactly went wrong it only downloads 500 song if im lucky maybe 1,000. My question is how do fix this because I know it can be done and also the only reason im using sync manger is so I can get all my memory cue points and hot cues. Is there a workaround or a solid way to transfer in bulk wit no errors and still get all my memory and cues????

Did you look at the export log file created in your Documents\rekordbox folder?

Yes what I am looking for there exactly? All I want do is transfer over in bulk (more than 500-1,000 songs) to my external drive. Rekordbox stops it half way but makes it seem likes its completed the job at 100%. What are my options in doing so?

There would be a log file dated at the time you exported.
