Beatport Link Pro+ offline locker not working Rekordbox 5.8.4 Mac

Hi, I have rekordbox 5.8.4 on my mac and a subscription to Beatport Link Pro+. Everything works except the offline locker. If I right click on a beatport track "Store Offline" is greyed out. If i select the track and try to click the Download button... nothing. I have done everything i can think of: restart the software, reboot the computer, log out of beatport in rekordbox and log back in, reload beatport library, ensure i have the most recent firmware 1.0.7, ensure i have the most recent driver 1.1.0. Ensure i have the most recent rekordbox 5.8.4. I even tried a completely different computer and no luck. There is so little documentation and I have found no troubleshooting info either. I sent beatport an email and called them, no response. I cant seem to get an answer to this.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Pro+ is kind of pointless if you cant use the offline feature...

Thanks!

Tracks will only appear in the locker if you have downloaded them. Have you tried downloading a track from any of the Top 100 playlists (in other words, not from one of your own playlists)?

Are you using a firewall?

Thanks for the quick response. Yea I cant download from top 100 either and I don't have a firewall.

So its my understanding that to download a track you right-click on the beatport track and click "store offline" from the pop up menu and it goes to your locker, or you can select the track and click the "Download" button to the left of the search bar above the track list.

If there is another way to download Id love to know how

Thanks again
