XDJ- RR FREEZE

Hi, My XDJ-RR is freezing when i want to browse some certain playlists. My REKORDBOX is completely up to date as is my XDJ-RR. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening, i am getting very frustrated. Thanks

If this is when browsing on the RR itself, chances are the USB drive you're using is too slow. Consider purchasing a higher quality USB drive - I recommend the SanDisk Extreme Pro USB 3.0 (they have a newer 3.1 which I haven't personally tested), or the Corsair Voyager GTX USB 3.0, both are fast and reliable.
