It is not possible anymore to export mlx file?
That was the only way to move the library to a new computer AND to keep your folder organization on the computer. I don't like my folders being re-organized per Artist name. Please bring this function back!!

To move the library to a new computer, I have never used the XML file. I always used the 'Backup' / 'Retore' Library function in rekordbox. You can still use that.
The XML export was needed, when you want to move your collection to a 3rd party software, which Pioneer DJ probably don't want to support anymore.
ok I will check that out... I will manually copy paste my folders, it does not seem to make sense to use that ZIP file option as that would be way slower to move the same folders. Thanks for the reply!
I am using it in the way of copy the folders manually, back up the library without the music files and restore it on the new computer. Depending on the location where I placed the music folder I might need to relocate the music once the library has been restored. RB6 can do the relocation automatically if you set up the folder in the preferences.
Is XML file export actually gone though? I find that quite useful as well.

As a developer who build a lot of functionality around this feature, I'm very dissapointed to see that it's been removed in v6.
They did officially removed it and it was confirmed by Pioneer. They even removed the pages from the manual.
Rekordcloud does work with Rekordbox 6 now though, even without the XML export option :)
They discontinued this option because Denon was using it to import collections into Engine Prime.
Literally killed a feature we all use just to make it harder for competition lol
