rekordbox dvs licence

hey im interesting buy a dvs licence from another user.is it possible somehow to ensure that the serial will be just under my use?

You can't... it would be a trust thing! The other user has to deactivate it from any installation in order for it to be available for another account to activate. We are unable to force deactivation on a license.
