Effects aren’t working properly

There was a moment around the 23s mark of the video where you were just above the zero point and it sounded like it cut the effect out, but then going further to the left it came back. That to me indicates a failed level knob. 

If you've had it for less than the return period of your retailer, please contact them for an exchange, but if you're outside that period, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
