cdj 850 will not connect to rekordbox

Since upgrading to 6 my 850s will not display connection info to mac, however the decks still work fine on mix vibes pro. V 5 worked fine until the upgrade and so did 6 yesterday but not now, I am not doing anything different and connections are the same - help !!

I have exactly the same problem and the 850 player does not work on the Rekordbox 6

What other device(s) are you using? The CDJ-850 itself doesn't unlock rekordbox 6.

Hi Pulse, thanks for your answer.

I'm using a DJM-750mk2. Should this unlock the CDJ-850 compatibility? Or should I have a paid plan to use my CDJ-850 with my DJM-750mk2?

I updated my DJM-750mk2 from firmware 1.03 to 1.04. Since then, Rekordbox 6 is correctly unlocked and I can now use my CDJ-850 as MIDI-controllers in Rekordbox 6.

I am having the exact same issue i am running 850s with the djm450 on a macbook all firmware and software has been updated but still only showing that the cdj's are connected but wont let me select deck 1 or 2

Iv had the exact same issuse all the drivers are up to date, on the CDJ screen as conected however im not able to chhose what deck and they don't seem to be even recognized in rekordbox itsself im using is:

2 x CDJ 850's

DJM 700 mixer

Windows 10 Laptop

I'm having the same issue. I have:

2 x CDJ 850s

DJM 850 mixer

Macbook

I've updated all drivers and firmware. All I see on the CDJs is that they are "Connected" but I get no option to select decks and it doesn't appear that Recordbox connects to them either.

Any help on this would be appreciated!!!
