Brand New XDJ-RR Play Button Issue

Just purchased a XDJ-RR and the play button for one of the decks is functioning as a hot cue (C) button and not play/pause. The other one is functioning as it should. I have updated the firmware and reset all the options to default but still having the same problem.

@Philippe > Which software are you using the RR with, or is this happening in stand-alone mode?

That certainly sounds like a fault on the unit; if you've just purchased it, I'd recommend returning it to the retailer for an exchange.

I Love my XDJ-RR but hate the Play/Pause/Stutter mode,

i would play it in Vinyl mode, but its too cramped and the jog wheels are too sensitive,

Can the jog wheel sensitivity be altered in rekordbox?, so I can send the data via pro link to my Unit?
