Hey guys I just bought this DDJ-FLX6 second hand from my local music store. Issue I am having is that right play/pause button isn't working. It doesn't trigger the song to play so I have to use the hot cue pad in order to play and the cue button in order to stop the song. I have tried this controller in both rekordbox and serato dj and I am having the same issue in both it seems. Not sure what to do at this point. I'm using a brand new 2019 macbook pro that up to date running MacOS Big Sur. I'd appreciate any help you can give me! Thank You!

I'm sorry to hear about that - as the problem occurs in both rekordbox and Serato, it's likely a hardware fault. Please return it to your dealer for an exchange, if you have any troubles with that, please let us know.
