XDJ RX2 - Unofficial firmware 1.41 on my new device what is this?

Hi all,

After I unboxed my purchased XDJ RX2, I noticed that the firmware is a newer version than the official latest one 1.38 (at the moment).

I don`t know what has been changed in this version of firmware, can I have a changelog info confirmed by Pioneer engineers? I really would like to see this.

I tried to update my device with the official 1.38 version firmware but this couldn`t be done. Despite i had the below message that update is complete, you can see that nothing was installed. When I turned the power on/off, I noticed that the firmware is still 1.41.

It's a running change in hardware, they'll be releasing an update so anyone who has the older version hardware won't have a conflict in the version numbers.

I suspect that this is a version number change to reflect a change in hardware components due to manufacturing availability, but I've reached out to our product team for clarification.
