We are currently considering support.
I think the KEY will be displayed if I revert the rekordbox to the previous version until it is fixed.

xdj-xz don't show alphanumeric key in export laptop mode

i don’t have my key info anymore with rekordbox export and laptop, but with rekordbox performance i can see it and usb key to!
I don’t know what i can do for it?

Hi mate,
I reported this to support a few weeks ago - one of their technicians has confirmed it has been patched, and will be included in the next software/firmware updates (no date yet).
Just keep an eye out for the update whenever it happens as they'll bundle this with other fixes too.
