Hey team, I've been struggling to get any sound out of my headphones when the cue button is on for around a week now. I bought the DDJ 1000 back in August and wouldn't have thought it would stop working by now. I can get sound out of the headphones when the cue button above the Beat FX button is on, but this isn't useful when mixing. Does this sound like a hardware issue, or would I need to reinstall the drivers?
I've tried to upload my a picture preferences from Rekordbox, but it won't load. My master output is set to my speakers, but there no options for my headhpone output other than my speakers. Is this something you can help with?

Hey Joe,
If your DDJ-1000 is not listed as an audio output device in rekordbox, then the drivers probably aren't properly installed. Are you on a Mac or PC?
Yeah I was thinking that this could be why as I've only had the hardware for about 5 months. Strange how it's just stopped working now though.
I'm on PC. Would i need to uninstall everything and then reinstall again?
Thanks for sending through that link. It seems as though I have to redownload them everytime I start up rekordbox, and even then its not working every time. I'll raise a ticket to try to get this sorted out. Thanks
