DDJ-SR2 Freezes

Serato freezes totally after some time while using my DDJ SR2. (The SR2 was plugged into power supply)
I experienced exactly the same in the past with my DDJ SR back then. It was solved by updating the drivers and firmware. However, for the SR2 there is no firmware update. There is a recent driver update (December 2021) but I experienced the freeze before as well as after the driver update. (I checked my driver, it did update to 1.010)

I use serato DJ 2.5.6. I had the same issue with prior serato versions on my DDJ SR. I have a Acer spin3 computer with Intel I7.

As indicated in the comments there: "I can get it to unfreeze by moving the USB buffering latency up [in the driver screen] and then presuming standard. I hope that can help narrow down where the problem stems." => the same works (only temporarily!) for me.

Is there a solution for this problem meanwhile?
