hello, I bought a DJM S11 mixer, and I'm having problems,
the crossfader only opens the volume after 20% open,
on both sides, I already adjusted the mixer software on the pc,
adjusted the digital on the panel and the curve adjustment on the ahead,
I updated to firmware 1.03, and it didn't solve it,
even using an analog vinyl without software, the problem persists.

Sorry, if that's your video and the setting is at the 0 position but still has that big of a lag, you'll need to have the mixer serviced. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.

Have you tried setting it slightly higher, say a value of 2 or 4?
