I'm afraid rekordbox won't see Thunderbolt or Fire wire drives, you will need use a different connect depending on your Mac.

Thunderbolt 2TB SSD drive not showing in 'DEVICES' so can't export?
My drives show up in DEVICES when I'm using a USB connection however I have a new iMac with Thunderbolt connectivity that does not show up in Rekordbox meaning I now can't export my playlists?
Can you please help with this issue please?
