DDJ200 HEADPHONE CUE NOT WORKING ONE SIDE

Hi, how are you?

I have a DDJ200 connected to my laptop and using it with rekordbox via split cable. Everything was working ok before, now the music playing on the second deck wont split to the right side of the headphone, both decks cue to the left side. Everything is connect right, cables are new.

I have cue 1 and 2 on in the rekordbox too and even like that the sound only go to the left side.

I use MAC Monteray 12.3.1 and the latest version of rekordbox.

See images below how it's set.

Any idea how it could be fixed?

Hi, I have other controllers but i purchased the ddj-200 two days ago (12/11/2022) for traveling and i have the same issue as others.

I have tried all the suggested fixes, disabling audio enhancements (https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/it/community/posts/360047970111-DDJ-200-DMT40-split-cable-headphones-cue-leaks-trough-master-output)... i am unable to change my Realtek driver to a basic High Definition Audio (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=boWt-fBD4nc&feature=youtu.be) as i dont have the option for other drivers.   My sound is coming out of the headphone and speaker when i pre the cue buttons one is louder than the other so its leaking somewhere...

Pioneer please can you find a permanent fix as there are many of us with ddj-200 who have this problem, if i am unable to find a fix within the next 7 days i shall look to return the item as i don't want to be sold a product that's not fit for purpose and doesn't work.

"Its crazy, i purchased a ddj-400 just under 4 weeks ago and that's now got to be sent back as it has a hardware fault"  WHATS GOING ON?

Appreciate any help to resolve the problem.

Thanks

Trevor,

I'm sorry to hear about that problem, but this is not a Pioneer DJ fault, as the output depends entirely on what audio device your computer has and its configuration within the system.

You said you disabled audio enhancements, but did you also check the spatial audio option?

Is the jack you're connecting the cable to possibly a combo jack with TRRS, as opposed to TRS, where the extra ring supports a mic input? If that's the case, you may end up with a contact that isn't in the right place and thus you get bleed.
