The unit is still being sold however there are no "new feature" updates expected, and only "critical fix" updates would be made available if necessary.
I have recently purchased a pair of XDJ-700 multiplayers and they work just fine but I cannot help to think that Pioneer has forgotten about this little guy.
The latest firmware update is v1.13 released back in October 2017.
I would love to see a firmware update where they allow us to tune the vinyl stop, maybe beat jump (which the XDJ-1000 has) and support for M1 macs.
Anyway my question is, has development for this players stopped?
Are they going to be more firmware updates?
I understand you cannot give an ETA of when an update is going to be released but some confirmation that development is still going would be nice and would motivate more people to keep buying this amazing player.
Thanks!

Understood!
Is there a way to get involved in HID development?
Or is there any documentation on how to code HID?
I am a programmer and I like to midi map stuff but since HID is not midi we're left out in the big OEM sea of not caring about this. (Native instruments, im looking at you)
Thanks for the quick response Pulse.
