connecting ddj 400 to djm 750mk2

deck 2 works with the speaker and mixer, deck 1 says extenal outout. how do i get both channel 1 and 2 to be controlled by the mixer and have the ddj 400 as decks

Connect both via USB, set the DJM-750MK2 as your audio device within rekordbox in EXTERNAL mixer mode. Assign the channels on the mixer to the USB input. Profit!

How can I fix audio crackling I've changed the buffer size. There is no crackling when the ddj 400 is on its own just when the djm is used externally. This didn't happen until last week

Follow the instructions here to disable the Intel Turbo Boost function, chances are that's why it's happening.
