Gate playback on standalones

Gate playback (i.e. only playing a track for time hotcue is held down, when the deck is otherwise paused) is a feature really missing from standalones. Please consider adding.

This request has been kicking around for aaaaages and unfortunately hasn't made its way to the CDJs or XDJs yet. Hopefully one day!
