Setting up my new XDJ-RR

Hello! I’ve just bought an XDJ RR but I have some problems and it’s not working. I have tried first using it as stand alone without computer, using USB keys, and when I plug the speaker through RCA cable I can’t hear anything. Headphones doesn’t work, while on my previous pioneer DDJ Ergo everything is working correctly. I have the tried to use my new MacBook Air 2020 to install the latest audio drivers, but I’m getting an error because the software is the Mac OS 11 Big Sur. I’ve tried also to install audio drivers with my old Mac book air from 2011 with Mac OS High Sierra but the stil audio doesn’t come out, and rekordbox with this computer work so poorly and slowly. Could you please help me to set up my console?

Per the announcement here made Nov. 10, we hope to have most drivers and hardware updated and working with Big Sur by mid-December. Updates will be made on the news page as well as our social media channels as they're available.

As for the High Sierra computer, you probably missed the simple step of allowing the drivers through the OS security.
