Bought a DDJ-1000SRT from Guitar Center.
Box was already opened and I had to get replacement cords/manual before I took it home.
When I set it up, downloaded new driver, everything was working fine except the right platter (left platter is fine). It is completely unresponsive and I cannot find the issue. I really hope it is not a hardware problem but I am not sure how to trouble shoot at this point.
Any ideas?

Hey Mitchell, sorry to hear about that -- hopefully it's just that the right platter is in CDJ mode instead of vinyl mode; press SHIFT+SLIP to toggle the vinyl mode for the deck and let me know if that works as expected.
Yea I have been trying that but unfortunately that wasn't a fix
Ugh... that's probably why the last person returned it. I'd go back to the shop and ask for an exchange because it's most likely a hardware issue. Sorry.
Yea, I am thinking the same. The GC I bought it from said they will replace.
I still have my DDJ-sx2 to hold me over :)
