Are all the connectors in correctly and the audio coming in isn't set to something that is only putting out bass?

DM-40 active monitors
I just brought pioneer dm-40 active monitors speakers and i hear bass coming from the right one only, is it normal ?

all the connectors in correctly, the right one is working good with bass kicks but no bass kicks coming from the left
