Is it normal that my SB2 doesn't light up when i plug it into my macbook pro ?
What to do please ?

If it doesn't perform the start-up illumination when connected to your computer, try connecting it to a USB power brick (like for an iPad). If that doesn't work, try changing out the USB cable. If that still doesn't work, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.

Actually i plug it into the macbook adaptor, and it doesn't perform the start-up illumination, however when i connect it to the HP Laptop that i was always using to mix with the SB2 (using serato dj) its works normally,, so apparently it is not a usb cable problem!
What "adaptor" are you using?

Are you able to try using a different adapter (not a hub, just a USB converter) or a USB-C to USB-B cable?

Hello guys, i got u usb-c and my sb2 is now performing the start-up illumination once pluged into my macbook pro ( big sur version 11.0.1), but the other problem is that the 2 decks are not appearing on serato dj pro, so my sb2 remains useless.. Is this normal ?
