ddj flx6 doesn't work led channel 2

When I use serato on IOS the channel volume led does not work. However, if I use SERATO in WINDOWS it works perfectly.

How can I solve it?

While it does work with iOS devices, it's not officially supported. It could simply be that the FLX6 is not receiving adequate power from the USB adapter you're using for the iOS device.
