My recommendation is to use Styleflip; they already have the dimensions and an online custom creator tool to make your own jog skins for just $20.

DDJ-1000 Jogwheel Skins
I'm looking to make some jogwheel skins for the DDJ-1000 (Rekordbox version). Can anyone tell me if the dimensions of the wheels are identical to any other controller? CDJ or anything else?
