Unfortunately it does not appear that there are any plans to include support for RTL languages within the XDJ-XZ as it introduces a number of complications on the platform. Sorry!

I've asked our team about RTL however Big Sur is not yet supported; please see the news announcement here.
I've heard back from the product teams and unfortunately RTL is simply too difficult and time consuming to be added, so there are no plans for its inclusion on either the software or hardware. Sorry!
