I've had my DDJ 1000 about a week and recently the pitch fader has started to lag. I'll move it and it'll take a couple of seconds to register the change on the job wheel. It looks like Rekordbox is keeping up better, but that's not perfect.
I've taken a video of what's happening:
When I reset my computer and restart everything is works as expected but then after a while goes back to this. It's like it's getting confused the longer I play for. Makes mixing impossibe.
Any ideas? It was also not turning the tracks green once I'd played them. Something isn't happy

Without even watching the video I can tell you what the problem is -- Big Sur.
Unfortunately, per this news announcement made Nov. 10th, we do not yet support or recommend users upgrade to Big Sur. We hope to have the drivers and software updated this month, please watch the news page or our social media channels for updates.
