DDJ 1000 Crossfader not centering

Hi,

I have bought a new pioneer DDJ 1000 rekordbox version few days ago but i have noticed that crossfader is showing little bit off to left side in rekordbox. I have tried everything and its still not resolved. Please give me a solution for this.

Hi Kanchana,

Sorry to hear that - if you have updated the firmware and are running the latest version of rekordbox and still have the problem, you can contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your crossfader adjusted.
