In this forum post, we asked you to create a ticket because it's easier for us to have a 1:1 communication and exchange data that you might not otherwise want shared with the public.
Your ticket was created Jan. 21, responded-to by one of our agents on the 22nd, then escalated after your response on the 24th, and escalated to our engineers in Japan on the 29th after you provided the system report.
I'm sorry they have not yet replied to that escalation however the team is quite small and very busy and your patience is appreciated.
