Hi All,
I'm running firmware 1.21 on the XDJ XZ.
I am unable to load tracks using RekordBox with a cable to my laptop. I can use the Browse Screen to find the tracks, however I get error "E-8306 NO FILE".
I also cannot see more than 2 decks inside RekordBox when there should be 4.
I have tried using ethernet and USB.
I have tried using two different operating system versions on two different computers.
I have tried different mp3 files, including simple files with no metadata with simple standard encoding settings. I am able to export to a usb stick and play these mp3 files. Clearly it's not a problem with the mp3.
I am able to use Serato without any problems, and I can see all 4 decks.

Mac OS Mojave 10.14.4 (Running on intel)... I also tried Big Sur 11.2.1 on an m1 mac,
Unfortunately I don't know if this works on earlier firmware versions because I foolishly immediately updated the firmware on my expensive new equipment. I then discovered this firmware was released the day before I purchased it.
This hardware is useless in this condition. Very unimpressed with my new purchase, considering taking it back to the shop. Any ideas?

Sorry for the trouble - we found an issue with the firmware after the release and have since removed the 1.21 update which will be patched and re-released soon. If you have already updated and need to roll back, please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will provide instructions on reverting to 1.12 until the fix is available.

Exact same problem after updating to firmware 1.21.
Yep same problem here.
Yeah the firmware 1.21 has an issue, they removed it from the support page.
Waiting for the fix ASAP...
