I believe this was a problem in an earlier version of rekrodbox which has since been corrected; please try upgrading to the latest version (6.5.1) and see if the problem persists.

Rekordbox keeps copying tracks while loading playlist
Does anyone have the same issue? With one playlist in particular the songs keep loading up and copying the same exact songs over and over again. After a while i have about 30.000 tracks loading up and so on. I'm using soundcloud go+ to stream the tracks while mixing. Already logged in again a couple of times but no result.
