Been having issues with deck 1's play/cue buttons. It usually will never work the first time I load a track but then the cue button work after i keep pressing it for awhile but no play button. However if i press and hold the cue then press down the play it will eventually stop flashing and play but that only after holding it down for at least 5 seconds.
deck 2 has no issues. There was a earlier post of it possibly being a problem with the solder on the ribbon connector because it sometimes working and not working seems to me like a bad connection.
or maybe it's a setting I don't know about?

Sorry to hear about that - it does sound like a hardware issue; please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
