My RX2 recently started having an issue with the sorting functions. I typically use it in link export mode and sort my playlists by key, but when I try to sort by key now, all of the playlists suddenly become "empty". The only way to fix it is to disable and re-enable link export mode. Sort functions such as alphabet, BPM, and date added work just fine, but for some reason, sorting by key, artist, and album cause this error. I've tried updating to the latest version of Rekordbox, updating the RX2 firmware, and using a different computer for link export mode, and nothing has helped. I even tried removing "key" as a sort option and re-adding it, which also didn't work.

The difference is that my issue doesn't cause a freeze on the RX2, it just displays my playlists as empty. Also, rekordbox doesn't freeze for me, and I can still disable link export mode to reset it.

Update: I tried a fresh install of rekordbox on a different computer with a new database, and it worked normally. This tells me that it's likely something to do with my database. It still opens in rekordbox just fine, and the data appears to be all intact (including key data), so I'm not sure which file is the culprit and how to proceed without creating an entirely new database.
Probably not the database but the firewall blocking a part of the communication. Have you tried temporarily disabling the firewall?
