BRAND NEW XDJ-XZ WHITE SCREEN
Unable to access Utility Menu when pressing menu/utility for over a second, screen is a blank white screen. When the boards turns on the screen doesn't do anything either, stays on a blank white screen.

Are you able to boot in to firmware update mode and does the display show properly then? Press and hold RELOOP/EXIT on deck 2 + USB 1 STOP while powering on.

I just tried to press and hold reloop/exit on deck 2 + USB stop while powering on and nothing loads on the screen, continues to stay on white blank screen. Pioneer logo hasn't not ever appeared even when I first turn it on. Any other suggestions or is this xdj model a lemon?
