i've an upgraded ddj rx to the latest firmware version. 1.04 and a macbook pro i7 16 gb ram.
during the session using the roll fx and the slip roll fx , the deck on the right side stop playing. As i click play again, the track plays for 2 measures only and then stop.
After a lot of trial the same problem on the deck dx.
What's happened?
I've buy today the DDJ-RX! Rekordbox updated to the latest version 4.2.5
PS. the problem was on the SOFTWARE! i've tried to play on the mac-software with the disconnetted controller but the problem wasn't solved.
After that i've switched to the export mode (controller disconnected) and the problem was solved.

Without knowing a bit more, it's REALLY hard to say. For the time being, see if there's any consistency -- can you repeat it with certain tracks being loaded, etc.
You should file a support inquiry here, but as it's the weekend and heading into Christmas break for many offices, you may not get a response for a few days.
