I haven't found any recent post on this matter so allow me to ask the question, maybe again :
1/ I am reading on various websites that you can have the feature "active loop" with the XDJ-700 and rekordbox. I know how to prepare a loop on Rekordbox, but I can't find anywhere on the XDJ or Rekorbdox the button where you can actually make them "active". Could you help me on that?
2/ I am playing with USB, and when I press a loop I prepared on the XDJ screen, it actually "breaks" the quantize feature. With my two tracks are synced and both quantize, they should go on the same beat, which is not the case. There is no quantization if I launched a prepared loop (by pressing the letters A,B,C etc.) between my ending track, and the new one, launched through a loop already prepared on rekordbox. I can't tell with this is a normal feature, or if I am missing something and it should stay quantized anyway.

Hi there! For the active loop see the picture. Go on the "Memory" tab and click the orange loop symbol until it turn red.Doing this you'll active the "active loop"
For the second one : I have the same issues on my xdj-rx, but I'm using In and Out to set the loop... in this mode i did manage to make it work.

2/ So you actually have the same issue that I have. If you launch a loop that is prepared on Rekordbox, it goes out of the "quantization"? I can't get that. It's very annoying actually, I really thought that it came from a feature that I did not put on... Very different from Traktor on which you can switch from one loop to another keeping always the quantize mode "on". Am I getting this right?

In the video the first part from 00:00 to 00:21 my xdj-rx is in usb mode from 00:21 until the end I'm using traktor pro.U can here the differences.

I still don't understand how it is possible.
Sending a loop through a memorized cue actually crushes the Quantize function.
The loop should normally adapt to the quantization, I don't even understand how it's technically possible.
The wierdest part is that I don't see this issue when I use my computer while preparing the tracks. Only when the loop is send through my XDJ700 screen...
Hi! I use ddj-rx and i have the same problem with hot cues in rekordbox, and no problems in traktor pro... I think that problem is only in the rekordbox dj.
