4.2.6 beta - still no dvs fix???

Hi,

Several people has reported an unsteady behavior of the DVS almost 2 months ago. The response was that "someone is looking into it"...

My question is - how long we will need to wait until we can fully use our software worth more than $230 ?

Honestly I have been hoping that it will get fixed in some near future but according to the 4.2.6 release notes, there was nothing done what is very disappointing and means another months of waiting...

BTW. The rekordbox is still the only dj app, which doesn't support the Ableton Link. While your coders were working 2 months on a minor issues like a disappearing shortcut for Explorer, other companies were able to port the Link even to not supported operating systems....

Sorry, but we don't have that information available internally, never mind for public consumption. We certainly take all feedback into consideration and weigh its importance, but some issues take more time and resources and may not fit into the works for subsequent updates, so they get delayed. The list of fixes and requests is long, but our rekordbox team has been very good about releasing updates on a fairly regular basis.

Dear Pulse,

Thanks for your answer I believe you are trying to do the best but I want to provide a feedback to Pioneer CRM.

I don't need to know about how Pioneer manage the issues they receive, this is really not on my own,  I am just expressing my feeling about bad support I am receiving after expending US$ 3000 in a new controller.

Look the posts below, you have serious problems with DDJ-RZX and a lot of unhappy customers, my main questions is what are you thinking to do about that ?

Nobody is happy after put so much money in a equipment and have a lot of issues, a lot of people is considering to return their controllers back.

 

This is the worst thing that can happen for a reputation of an company in my point of view.
