DDJ RZX Play & Cue Button Accidental Activation Issue

Hi Guys. I've noticed an issue with my RZX and wondered if anyone else was getting a similar problem? If I get a bit carried away playing the Sample pads a bit hard or  tap the casing in the area of the Play & Que buttons, one of them activates, stopping the track on the associated deck instantly! It does the same thing on both transports. Any comments? Cheers

I have got problem with cue button,sometimes when I use to start the song doesn't work! It's annoying this situation,I will send back to pioneer to fix

I've got this same issue. When playing throwback tracks, I use my cues alot to cue juggle. I got the crowd into a frenzy then BAM! Track stops. Did they ever figure out the issue? If so, what was the solution

Hey. I think it's the sensitivity of of the Play & Cue buttons. It doesn't take much to trigger them accidentally via vibration caused by playing the Sample Pads hard (or tapping the casing adjacent to the buttons). The only solution I have found is just playing the pads without as much force, although this is not ideal. I've not had any solution from Pioneer DJ. Cheers
