The problem is your software does not support ASIO drivers. Please use a 3rd-party application such as Voicemeeter to create a virtual device that your software can use.
Hello,
I can record a miw without any problem on Rekordbox but it's impossible to stream audio from the unit to a third-party piece of software . Th driver does install and is recognized by the system but only one option is working. I only can stream audio through the 'cross fader B on USB 1/2'. Nothing else is working. So impossible to record a dj mix - 1 source is working at a time.
Been trying on Stereo Tool, Breakaway Broadcast and Adobe Audition 1.5 (to record)
See the screen capture below :
If I look at the sound settings on Windows control panel, I find the following message. See screen capture below.
In English, 'the peripheral USB\VID... necessitates continuing the installation'
Is that the source of my issue?
Remember that it only works perfectly on Rekordbox.
Thanks in advance for your help:)

Hello and thanks for your feedback,
I removed the Asio drivers - the Asio4All program - from the computer and downloaded Voicemeeter.
Unfortunately, the problem remains the same.
Please note that the day before yesterday I tried the USB connection from my Allen Heath Xone 42 to my computer and no problem at all. Streaming worked perfectly. No driver needs to be installed for the Allen and Heath - plug and play connection contrary to Pioneer.
Maybe it has to do with the Pioneer driver. I don't know what to do.
