Dear Sir,

Please double-check to see if you activated "VIDEO" license on rekordbox.

Thanks,

Are you saying the video license needs to be activated to see track data on the screen?

I bought the subscription and activated it but I'm still having the same issues. I don't see a spot where I can specifically activate the video for some reason. I looked under "Preferences" > Video and ticked the enable video box. Not sure what else I need to do to get this going.

Yes, I did. This is the issue I have. Even after I made sure my hardware was set to "auto" , my hot cue stayed blue.

Step 1 Check DDJ-RZX settings

a. Connect a DDJ-RZX and your computer and turn on the power of the DDJ-RZX.

b. Check the color of the [HOT CUE] mode button on the DDJ-RZX when launching rekordbox.

・ If it is white, the DDJ-RZX is working properly.

・ If it is blue, check the DDJ-RZX settings following the steps in page 3, “1. DDJ-RZX settings”.

I have an inquiry in already. Is it possible it may be my firewall? I have a Mac but maybe it could be causing issue. I'm going to give that a try.

It was my AV firewall. Everything popped up as soon as I disabled it. Now I'll try adding in an exclusion for Rekordbox and see if that solves the issue
