DDJ-SB2 : Sound Problems

Hi, I was hoping to get some help. I just bought the DDJ-SB2 and I am unable to get any sound through my headphones and or through my speakers. I have my speakers plugged in and also my headphones but there's no sound when I select the DDJ audio. I am using Traktor Pro

Anyhelp is greatly appreciated.

I would first try and slect the SB2 audio in windows sound control panel, then try and play any audio file via media player

select volume icon

select playback devices,

select DDJ-SB2 then play any audio file , the sound should come from the RCA's at the back by default.
