Unable to activate Rekordbox DJ

I signed up for a KUVO account with my Facebook login, and then opened up Rekordbox and started it in 'offline' mode (i downloaded a file from KUVO as I didn't have internet access at home)

Now my internet is fully working, Rekordbox wont let me activate it through it's user interface (Help > Activate). Its asking for an email and password, and I've never used one for Kuvo or Rekordbox. Anything I try will fail. (My normal email address, my facebook email address, for example)

I tried to uninstall Rekordbox so that I could try again from the beginning, but it didn't work as I still have the same amount of time remaining for the trial. My Key came with the DDJ RX.

Any advice would be massively helpful. I cant find a solution online :(
