Have you checked the log file in your Documents folder to see why some of the files weren't exported? That's the reason for the message - to alert you to a log of the export failures.
Hi, dont know how to solve the problem that every time I export my folders nor playlist from RB to my usb, it appears on my screen " check the log file saved in the "documents" folder in rekordbox" and also when I check my music on a cdj, only a few appear to play, any help please thanks!

currently added new tracks to my playlist on Apple music app. i connected my usb as usual and clicked opened rekordbox and while it was updating my usb, it then notified me that the new tracks were not imported.
i tried importing them from collections trying the right click, i tried dragging it from the music app and downloads app straight to my usb and still wouldn't work. I've closed the apps and restarted the computer and still keeps popping up "check the log file saved in the "documents" folder."
I then checked the documents folder and it shows all the tracks that were not able to be imported into my usb playlist. I don't know what else to do! PLEASE HELP!
updated the software for record box (6.5.2) and my macbook to (masOS Big Sur 11.5)

yes they were analyzed before exporting to my usb. at this point any new track i download and analyze, it wont export to my usb. This started yesterday, i never changed any settings before so I'm really confused and don't know what else to do.
all my new tracks just stay in collection and playlist on rekordbox. it just wont go to my usb for some reason.
do i have to adjust the setting or something? cause i had itunes before and now it updated to apple music, I'm not sure if that might be the problem?

guys did you find a solution to this ? I been using the rekordbox for year but having the same message and I cannot understand why! I bought fresh tunes from beatport today and when I try to export to playlist after anylizing it wont export :( i am djing tomorrow night and am completely stressed out...when I check the document file, i go to reckordbox folder it just says EXPORT LOG AND THE DATE is there anything else I need to do ? please help
@Lidia > Check one of the files which isn't exporting; it could be the analysis wasn't completed or the file + path exceeds 255 characters. Per above, you can always send a file over to check.
Good Morning, thank you for your message.Like the guy above, I am not doing anything different ,all mp3 were analysed...even tried to delete playlist and redo it...did it one by one manually and nothing I go to check the log file and have all of this...but why Am i having issues now when I never had anything like this before...and been using rekordbox for years! these are all brand new tunes bought yesterday...all in the same location which is download....then did the usual analyze and soon as I try to export to USB it wont work...tried several usb as well...made sure there is plenty space...what else can I do please ?

I forgot to say, i went to friends house yesterday to show the issue...so we put all mp3s on a usb put it on their window version and all tracks were analyzed through their old version of rekordbox....all tracks were exported successfully....so maybe the software has some issues? I checked the update manager and i have the latest version 5.8.6 however its been a while since any updates...not sure if I should be looking to something else? looks like other djs are having this issue and never had it before ...I even changed it to export mode...never used to do that in the past
I am having the same issue above. All my new songs that have been analyzed successfully will not export to my USB. Please help!
I am having the very same issue as all of the users on this thread. This morning I updated the OS on my MacbookPro to Big Sur 11.5 and updated Rekordbox to Version 6.5.2. Now I cannot export any of the tracks in my RekordBox library to any of my flash drives. Not a single track will export. And I've tested this with multiple flash drives, one of them which has 40+ Rekordbox playlists already on it (so I know the flash drive isn't the problem). Dragging and dropping the playlists from my library onto the flash drive does not work. And the Sync Manager does not work either. Every single time I get the "One or more files were not exported. Check the log file saved in the "Documents" folder." PLEASE HELP!

The same issue in my case. Problem started when I updated MacOS to the newest version 11.5 I tried to use also Rekordbox6 and the same issue. Any idea how we can fix this ?
