Can I use my NI x1 controller with my PLX 1000 turntables & DJM250 mixer

I just wanted to know if I can use my NI x1 controller with my PLX 1000 turntables & DJM250 mixer with Rekordbox dvs, basically using my controller through my mac usb port, alongside everything else??
