I use rekordbox for almost 2 years. The only big issue that i have is the copying to the USB is sometimes incomplete.
Exeample : playist in rekorbox 100 tracks
playlist on usb 80 tracks
Also the USB's after i while are haveing reading problems.
Last time i bought the : TOSHIBA HAYABUSA WHITE USB 32GB USB 3.0
or Platinet 32gb , all of the models after a while had the same problem
all of the models that i worked with after a while had the same problem so i think it's something that maybe i'am duing wrong.
It's either the format of the audio files you're exporting, or the drives themselves. Neither of those are what I would consider to be quality or "high performance" USB drives.
Please try using a different make/model and pay attention to any export error logs created in the user's Documents\rekordbox folder.

Is there any pre analyze posibility to check the audios before? Most of them are wav (beatport/bandcamp) But they are some free friom soundcloud downloads. @Akos > Well, for starters, that SoundCloud track you linked isn't available for download, so unless you used a 3rd party downloading utility, I'm not sure how you saved it or how it was converted. It wouldn't surprise me for one second if an illegally downloaded track had an error.
