DDJ-RB no vocals on headphone cue tracks

Exactly what the title states.  DDJ connected to Windows 10 via usb and headphones plugged into the DDJ.  I'm not really sure how it is splitting the track going to the headphone and it is not an always problem but frequent enough for me to question the reliability of the device.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
