You can just drag the tracks from the playlist in Rekordbox to a playlist in Traktor. You'll have to keep the USB drive plugged into your macbook unless you relocate the files in Traktor.

I want to use a usb-stick (prepared with rekordbox) in traktor
Hey!
I exported my playlists with rekordbox to a usb-stick. Now i want to plug this stick into my macbook and use this playlist in traktor by importing it. Is there an easy way to do this? My goal is to keep all my tracks and playlists, which i created in rekordbox, on one usb stick that i can use in any cdj AND in traktor without having to create the playlists again in traktor.

Why are you going out to a USB drive? You could simply select the tracks from the playlist in rekordbox and drag-and-drop them to a playlist within Traktor.
