There should be an export log in your Documents\rekordbox folder.
I have big problems exporting "all" or many playlists and tracks with Rekordbox 4. I get no error logs to read. Just a prompt that says error on export. Restarting continues where it stopped I think. I have a big collection so I haven't had energy to restart the export enough times.
RB3 works alot better and if any error occurs i get an logfile to read so that I can fix the errors.

@Pulse - I had posted about this a few days ago too. I don't always get an error log. Occasionally I'll get an error log if I moved a file (or deleted it) so it says file not found and gives me the location.
But when I'm syncing a lot of playlists after 30 minutes I get the error message and I have no idea what caused it. I spent hours the other day doing one playlist at a time and then figuring out by the track number where it stopped. One or two had odd characters in the file name (but still readable on my MAC and playable within RB).
I wish there was a more detailed log where I can see what playlist and track it got stuck on.
I've asked our rekordbox team to improve the export log function so we have more detail when stuff like this occurs; as far as I'm concerned, it would be great to have the option to enable a diagnostic mode to log every export, even successful ones.
I've also spent a couple of hours now to figure out what's causing the export errors.
As @Harry J. mentioned the log only report missing tracks. My findings in whats causing these errors is still unclear, no odd characters or anything else visible in the files.
But, re-analyzing the tracks thats causing the error did the trick it seems.
This problem also applies to RB 5, latest beta.
Yes, a more detailed log would be very useful in situations like this. @Pulse
