Tempo Slider + Key questions

Recently got my hands on an XDJ-RX and Rekordbox DJ. A lot of subtle differences with Serato which was my main software for a while. 

so noob question here...

I was wondering is it possible on rekordbox  (both performance, and USB) to change the tempo of a song without changing the key? For example I have two songs in the same key but slightly different tempos, but when I try to manually sync the song, the other track either goes up or down a key and ultimately are not in the same key anymore which make it sound off. On Serato I could easily match the tempo without sacrificing the original key of the song.
