Im having this problem on my brand new xdi-xz. It illuminates on start up and then nothing when tracks are playing.

Master Level Meter not illuminating
I have a XDJ-RX and my 2 channel fader meters are working but my master level meter isn't illuminating....Anybody have a fix?

Having same problem using cdj900's with a djm750mk2. If I turn the master volume up all the way the meters first two squares will illuminate. Nothing beyond that.
